Michael G. Cummings
Michael G. Cummings has been a marketing strategy and business development consultant for more than 20 years.
Early in his career, Michael was an instrumental member of the team that established the headquarters strategy and marketing function at Andersen Worldwide (Arthur Andersen & Accenture).
In this role, he defined information technology needs for key industries and functional areas; worked with senior partners to devise marketing plans and implement integrated marketing campaigns and developed strategy and marketing processes such as account management and market planning. He also helped to develop the initial large account management planning process and relationship management training programs.
Over the years, Michael has built the sales, marketing and relationship management skills of professionals. Based on their collective experience in working with the top business generators in the consulting, systems integration and accounting professions -- they have translated proven best practices into practical, reality based skill building systems and training programs. And he co-authored a new book with Allan in 2002 – Mastering the Art of Marketing Professional Services: A Step-by-step Best Practices Guide (AICPA).

Barry Schneider
Barry Schneider has been advising professional services firms and individual professionals for over 20 years in marketing, selling, planning, client service, as well as firm management issues.
He has worked on projects to improve the practice building capability of firms of all types – law, consulting, engineering, financial services, as well as software and technology businesses. These projects have occurred at all levels of the organization, from management to operating and practice area groups to individual practices. He also conducts SAGE Professional training and frequently speaks on these subjects to associations and business groups.
He was Director of Worldwide Marketing and Industry Planning, at the headquarters office of Andersen Worldwide (Arthur Andersen and Accenture). There he led in-house planning and marketing services worldwide, advising on product/market potential, strategy options, business and market planning. Along with Michael Cummings, he led the teams that innovated the marketing functions and promotional standards now considered the models of excellence across the professions. In addition to training partners and management in the best practices of marketing, planning and business development, he advised on product/market opportunities and strategy, and led extensive planning sessions to focus efforts and build systematic action. The work encompassed a wide range of services and products, including computer services and software, across a wide range of industries. His early training in these areas came as senior consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. There he advised top executives of Fortune 500 companies on strategic management, marketing and competitive response, with particular emphasis on implementing recommendations. His projects involved a variety of industries and challenges: including product/service strategies, market planning, R&D for product/service innovation, manufacturing, banking and financial services, international business.
During the last few years, while on leave from SAGE, he worked with Campaign Technologies, a venture funded CRM software and operations advisory enterprise focused on service companies. One of the top three principals of the company, he was responsible for identifying and developing market opportunities overall, along with direct line responsibility for client growth in the West Coast states. He has also developed expertise in distance learning, with a set of projects completed in alliance with the University of Southern California Annenberg Center. One of the projects he produced won the British Oscar (BAFTA) for Education using interactive media.
His education is equally diverse. He has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and AB at Harvard College in Engineering and Computer Sciences. He also earned an MA in English Literature from Johns Hopkins.

Joshua Fruchter, Esq.
A graduate of NYU School of Law and a former attorney at a large NYC firm, Joshua has been helping law firms generate leads and business from Internet marketing since 2002 through his agency, eLawMarketing, a leading provider of website development, email marketing, blog design, podcasting, and search engine optimization services to over 100 law firms ranging in size from the largest global law firms to mid-size regional firms to solo practitioners.

John Toth
John Toth has more than years’ experience writing, editing and performing market research experience for law firms and corporations. He has provided, directly and through marketing consultants, content on dozens of law firm web sites for firms ranging in size from 10 to 2,000 attorneys, and develops a wide variety of collateral material. Ted Bodine
Ted is a skilled financial analyst and SEO expert. An actuary who has passed the first five actuarial exams, Ted began his career as an Associate in Consulting Services for Fidelity Investments. He combines his formidable financial and mathematical skills with his knowledge of the web and search engine optimization to bring business to clients. A representative project is identifying the search terms used to find particular practice areas and using large spreadsheets to reduce them into a list of targets. Laura Kresich
As the holder of a Masters Degree in Library and Information Science from Dominican University in Chicago, IL. Laura is an expert researcher. She is considered a "power user" on the Web and online databases, including competitive intelligence sources such as LexisNexis Market Intelligence and Thomson Firm 360.
